Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through Raqenoil™. They explain the commercial terms that apply when you place an order, including pricing, payment, fulfillment, shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Raqenoil™ is owned and operated by Chuangyecheng Enterprise Services (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.

By submitting an order through our store, you agree to the transaction terms below together with the policies referenced on our website.

1. Placing an Order

Product listings allow you to select available products and submit an order through checkout.

Before completing your purchase, you are responsible for reviewing the information entered, including:

• Products and quantities

• Selected product options

• Shipping address

• Contact information

• Billing information

• Order total

After an order is submitted, we may send an electronic confirmation acknowledging that it has been received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, order information is materially incomplete, pricing contains an obvious error, or an order is identified as potentially fraudulent.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

2. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, materials, colors, and images as accurately as reasonably possible.

Minor differences may occur because of manufacturing tolerances, screen settings, lighting, photography, or product updates.

Please review the individual product page before purchasing, particularly where dimensions, capacity, compatibility, color, or intended use affect your decision.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights if an item delivered to you is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its product description.

3. Prices & Payment

Unless otherwise indicated during checkout, prices on our store are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

The payment methods currently available for an order will be presented during checkout.

Payment authorization and processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Raqenoil™ does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers as part of our normal checkout process.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other order-level amounts will be displayed where relevant before the purchase is completed.

4. Shipping Charges

Our current standard shipping rates are:

Eligible merchandise orders of $49 USD or more receive free standard shipping.

The $49 threshold is calculated after applicable discounts and before taxes or other charges.

The final shipping amount applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.

5. Processing & Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays, major promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 6 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is:

• United States: 7–13 business days

• Canada, United Kingdom & Australia: 9–15 business days

• Other Supported Countries & Regions: 13–20 business days

Processing and transit times are separate.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect actual delivery.

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities according to inventory availability, product, and destination.

6. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, such government-imposed charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Customers are responsible for providing delivery information sufficient for the applicable carrier to complete delivery.

7. Changes & Cancellations

Requests to cancel an order or change shipping information should be submitted to service@raqenoil.com within 12 hours of purchase.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate eligible requests received within this period.

Once fulfillment has begun or the order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is no longer available, an eligible product may be returned after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

For a standard return, the item should remain unused, in its original condition, and include its original packaging and essential components.

A return must first be requested through service@raqenoil.com. Please include your order number and relevant information about the product being returned.

Do not send products to our business registration address unless specifically instructed to do so. Approved returns will receive the appropriate return warehouse information and instructions.

For a preference-based return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number and relevant supporting information.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or authorized return.

When the issue is attributable to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied to you, the appropriate solution will be provided without additional return cost to the customer.

10. Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to post the transaction after a refund has been issued.

11. Delivery Problems

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a package appears to be lost, or a delivered shipment cannot reasonably be located, please contact us rather than assuming the matter is closed.

Where a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund without additional cost to the customer.

12. Consumer Rights

These Terms are intended to explain our transaction procedures and are not intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer-protection laws.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right applicable to your purchase, that mandatory right will continue to apply.
